Shipping policy

At Reneu, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Factors such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high seasonal demand may affect processing times. In these cases, we will contact you via email before proceeding.

Shipping Time: Orders are generally delivered within 7–15 business days for the United States and 10–18 business days for international destinations.

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on all orders over $30. Orders below $30 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Factors Beyond Our Control: Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, holiday seasons, or carrier delays. While these factors are outside our control, we will keep you informed with all available information.

Taxes & Duties: Reneu does not cover customs taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country on incoming packages. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for clarification on applicable rates.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order after payment, contact us at support@reneu.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are forwarded to the warehouse quickly. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it and you will need to initiate a return instead.
