How to request a refund
Email us at support@reneu.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to your orginal payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. 

Conditions
Opened or partially used products are eligible for refund within the 30-day window. Items must not be damaged due to misuse.  Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.

European Union
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law, regardless of the above.
